This depends on the ticket you have booked, you can check your confirmation email for information on whether your ticket can be refunded. Please be aware that if your ticket is able to be refunded, there might be cancellation fee.
The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log in at My booking using your booking code and the PIN code from your booking confirmation and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies we'll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can't, we'll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours. Please make sure you check your ticket cancellation policy in your booking confirmation. Cancellations are always minus a $10 usd cancellation fee (unless stated/agreed otherwise).
You can find your booking reference code at the top of your booking confirmation email.
Unfortunately we're not able to add a return leg to a one way booking once it's been confirmed. You'll need to either book a new one way sailing for your return trip or cancel your original booking and make a new booking.
