Join the Bali Ferries team
Because Bali Ferries and our sister platforms are growing rapidly we are looking to expand our team.
We currently have 3 job openings. These positions are remote-work but you need to be based in Bali as this may change in the near future when you will be required to work from our office.
Daily tasks:
Find and signup new suppliers to our platform. Negotiate prices. Maintain good relationships with suppliers. Add products (such as tours & activities) to our platform. Please note that this is a management/senior role as you will also be overseeing the reservation / customer service department to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will be the face of the company for our suppliers and will be working directly with the management.
Requirements:
Salary: 5.000.000 - 7.500.000 IDR (depending experience)
Daily tasks:
Update ferry/tour/activities allotment such as close out dates, update prices, manage seat availbility. Keep in close contact with the reservation department of our suppliers to ensure fast response and updates to our platforms. Handle new reservations and make sure they are well received and confirmed promptly by suppliers. Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying and forwarding customer requests to suppliers. Assist customers in a friendly and polite way with any question or issue they may have. We use a ticketing system for managing all incoming communication (except phone calls).
Because this is a hands on position working hours are flexible, sometimes it's peak hour in the morning and sometimes in the evening. We expect you to respond promptly to any incoming updates / customer requests.
Requirements:
Salary: 3.500.000 - 6.000.000 IDR (Based on experience and skills)
