How does the FREE hotel shuttle service to the ferry port works?
At step 3 during the booking process you can submit a hotel shuttle service request (if available). For some trips this service might not always be available due to high demand or because your hotel's location is not within the free shuttle service area. If this service is available it will be shown during step 2 of your booking, simply click on the ticket details to check if the fast boat operator provides free hotel pickup service from your hotel to the port.
Can I cancel my fast boat ticket?
Yes! Most companies offer flexible cancellation options, to your ticket cancellation policy simple click on the 'ticket details' tab during step 3.
Can I change my travel dates?
Yes, but this will be subject to availability and price. Simply contact the ferry operator, their contact details are printed on your booking confirmation or send us a message.
